Ed Alexander is Vice President of Training Services at Shipley Associates, in the US. He is recognized as one of Shipley's preeminent training professionals and is certified to APMP Proposal Professional level. As a training consultant, Ed has developed 128 courses, taught over 10,000 mid/senior-level managers facilitated or instructed over 1,000 classroom sessions ranging in size from 5 to more than 200 attendees. He consistently receives highest scores in every workshop and was selected "Facilitator/ Instructor of the Year" for 3 consecutive years from among 380 of his peers. Having lived in Europe for 15 years, Ed also delivers training in fluent German.
Tony Birch is the founder and Managing Director of Shipley Limited, in the UK. A fully accredited APMP Proposal Professional, Tony's background is in Sales in the Defense & IT Sectors. Tony has trained over 10,000 sales and bid professionals around the world.
Michael Steffens is Managing Partner of Shipley BDS, Denmark. Michael has an impressive 25-year career in Business Development, Sales and Management Consulting, primarily within the IT-industry (DEC, CRI, CSC and Anderson Consulting/Accenture). Michael founded Shipley BDS in 2002, and devotes his time primarily on Shipley BDS Consulting Services.
Mark Taylor is Director of Shipley UK and accredited to the APMP Practitioner level. Mark is responsible for managing strategic Shipley UK accounts as well as development of new Shipley UK trainers. Mark delivers workshops for Shipley customers across a diverse range of sectors, across at all levels of seniority.
Cathy Day is a Senior Trainer and Consultant for Shipley, and the first in the world to become accredited as an APMP Proposal Professional.
